Jasperz Island Fusion Cuisine is a private party/special event food booth dedicated to home style cooking fusing all cuisines together but ensuring an island twist. Born in Queens New York, Jasperz emphasize cuisines/seasonings from St Vincent an island in the West Indies together with American foods. The name Jasperz derives from my late grandfather and father, the ones who told me to strive for better. My joy for cooking and enjoying life has brought me to this moment in my life that I have decided to focus and bring a dream to life operating and owning my own food establishment.
